This page sets out the grievance redressal mechanism followed by Shriram Research, including the modes of submission, escalation matrix, resolution timelines, and reference to the SEBI SCORES platform, as required under applicable regulations.

ESCALATION MATRIX

Escalation process

If a grievance is not resolved within the stipulated timeframe or the investor is not satisfied with the response, the grievance may be escalated as per the escalation framework provided in the Investor Charter.

  • Lodge a Complaint

    Investor may lodge a grievance via email or through the online grievance form addressed to the Grievance Redressal Officer:

  • Internal Escalation

    If the grievance is not resolved within 21 calendar days, the investor may escalate the complaint to:

    Mr. Vinay Tiwari

    Director

    Both the Grievance Redressal Officer and Director are available at the Corporate Office between 11:00 AM to 3:30 PM on all working days.

  • External Escalation (if not resolved within 30 days)

    If the grievance remains unresolved within 30 calendar days, the investor may opt for the following mechanisms:

    A. SEBI SCORES (SCORES 2.0)

    Investor may lodge a complaint on SEBI SCORES at: https://scores.sebi.gov.in

    B. Online Dispute Resolution (SMART ODR)

    Investor may initiate online conciliation/arbitration through SMART ODR at: https://smartodr.in
